Used Gary and his team for a recent one-bedroom flat purchase in Central Brighton, and the whole process went as smoothly as I could have hoped. We completed in just over four months without any major issues. Gary kept me updated with all the key communications from the sellers and made sure I fully understood each stage of the purchase process. I often had to call at short notice, and even when Gary wasn’t available, someone from the team was always on hand to help or pass on messages.
